You know who you are.
You're responsible for managing the budget, the schedule, and responding to every single one of the client's emails. You handhold the project through the peaks and valleys, getting your designers to decide on final comps and convincing your tech people to deliver a day early to meet a new client deadline. You are the unsung heroes of the process, and you are also the person whom the client will interact with most.

Fortunately, you're good at your job. You've developed tricks and strategies to calm even the most nervous clients, to keep everyone on schedule, and estimate within a penny of what a project will cost. Or maybe you're like the rest of us and you have some good ideas, but you'd like to hear what other producers are doing to see if you could integrate some of those techniques into your own work.
Join our producers' mailing list to learn, contribute, advertise jobs, and help create a community of producers, a community that works together to standardize and improve the job of producer across companies. Not sure? Read all about the list, from who's on it to relevant posts.
Meanwhile, tell us who you are and what you'd like to see on this section of the site. These pages are for you. Let us know what information you need to know.
